SHIPPING GENERAL INFO
- We ship only to the contiguous 48 United States of America.
- Shipping methods may vary at our discretion but generally the United State Postal Service is our carrier of choice. For this reason, we do not allow shipping to PO Boxes.
- Shipping times will vary based on the distance of the destination address from our store location (Jacksonville Beach, FL) but generally take 3-7 business days to arrive.
- We will provide a tracking number once your order ships, which you can use to track your shipment.
- Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, it becomes your responsibility to collect the package in a timely manner. Cortello Beauty is not responsible for the package once delivered, and no refunds will be issued for missing or stolen packages.
- We also recommend signing up for SMS updates from both our website and the carrier's website (where available) to track shipment and delivery.

- $9.95 flat rate shipping for all orders up to $75.
- Free shipping for all orders over $75.
RETURNS POLICY
- Returns will be accepted only on NEW, UNOPENED items.
- Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
- No returns on open-box items, clearance items, or products that have been opened or used.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless store credit is chosen. (See details below.)
- All returns MUST be shipped to our Cortello Beauty address, we do not accept in-person returns at our Jax Beach Salon.
RETURNS PROCESS
- If an item is returnable, you may request a Return within 30 days of purchase.
- For customers with an account:
- Go to your My Account page and click the Orders tab.
- Find the order with the product(s) you wish to return, and click the "return items" button. Indicate the reason for the return request and submit.
- We will review your request within 2 days and let you know if we have any questions!
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label to be included with the item(s) being returned.
- Once we receive the item(s) and confirm their condition is returnable (i.e. new, unopened, and not damaged), we will offer you a choice of two refund options:
- Option 1: A store credit for the full amount of the return.
- Option 2: A refund to the original payment for the amount of the return less a $9.95 return shipping fee.
